Project Scope:

  • RJK Construction Managed and Provided All Electrical Engineering, Drawings, Permitting, Labor, Materials, Supplies and Equipment to Add a Breakroom to the Yakima Building 115
  • Primed and Painted First Floor, Basement Level which Included Bathroom Stalls, Stair Doors and Metal Surfaces
  • Disconnected and Reconnected Existing Portable Partitions for the Addition of New Epoxy Flooring
  • Provided All Electrical for the New Basement Breakroom, Wall, and Modified Ceiling
  • Added Light Switching, Relocated Lights and Added Additional Lights
  • Provided Glazing to Include Both Sliding and Picture Windows, Installed Ceramic Wall Tile, Tile Flooring and Tile Carpeting
  • Matched Existing Bricks for the New Wall
  • Installed Upper and Lower Oak Cabinets with Stained/Finished Raised Doors and Laminate Interiors
  • Installed Laminate Countertops
  • Interfaced with the Bureau of Reclamation and Various Subcontractors to Successfully Complete this Project
