Contract Award | Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command (IDIQ)
In 2022 RJK Construction was awarded the Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command, “INDEFINITE DELIVERY, INDEFINITE QUANTITY (IDIQ) FOR COMPETITIVE ACTIONS UNDER THE 8(a) PROGRAM” to PROVIDE CONSTRUCTION, RENOVATION, ALTERATION, & REPAIR SERVICES for facilities located within the NAVFAC Northwest – Naval Station Everett Public Works Department Area of Responsibility (AOR). Most of the work occurs primarily in the States of Washington, Oregon, and Idaho; however, projects may also occur in the States of Montana and Alaska. The area for performance includes Oregon, Washington and California.
Purpose: This Indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity (IDIQ) is designed to save time because a contract isn’t needed to place every single task or delivery order. IDIQs also save money because they eliminate the need for multiple bidding processes – making them more valuable for both government agencies and government contractors. This contract has a five year (60 month) ordering period and has a Not To Exceed (NTE) dollar value of $4,500,000.00.
Contract Award | United States Forest Service: BOA/MATOC
In 2021, RJK was awarded the United States Forest Service BOA/MATOC contract under the Great American Outdoors Act, (GAOA) for Region 6.The objective of the GAOA MATOC program is to provide inspections services of the building, bridges, concrete, environmental, roads, and trails. The contract maximum value is $249,999.99 over a 5-year period through the year 2026.

In 2019 RJK Construction was awarded the United States Coast Guard, “BASIC ORDERING AGREEMENT (BOA)FOR COMPETITIVE ACTIONS UNDER THE 8(a) PROGRAM” for EMERGENCY REPAIRS AND MINOR CONSTRUCTION. The area for performance includes Oregon, Washington and California.
Purpose: This Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) is designed to provide quick response to Coast Guard requirements or small to medium sized minor construction projects, in addition to calls for emergency repairs at local installations. The work contemplated by this agreement will be between $3,000 and $4 million.The contact maximum value is $10,000,000 per year over a 3 year period through the year 2022. The typical range will be from $3,000 to $500,000 with a maximum single order of $4,000,000.
Contract Award | General Services Administration (GSA)
In 2018 RJK was awarded the General Services Administration (GSA) Northwest/Arctic Region (R10), Southern Area MATOC/IDIQ contract. The objective of the R10 MATOC IDIQ program is to be able to efficiently deliver construction projects on behalf of federal clients with physical offices located in federally owned and controlled facilities and provide an ordering vehicle for high quality construction services for projects. The contract maximum value is $40,000,000 over a 5-year period through the year 2023. Various task orders range from $25,000 to $5,000,000. The Southern area includes Vancouver, WA south to the Oregon – California border and west to the Pacific Ocean.
