Project Scope:

  • RJK Construction Managed and Provided All Permitting, Labor, Materials, Supplies and Equipment for the Abatement of Cement Asbestos Board
  • All Asbestos Abatement Work, Bulk Sampling, Air Monitoring, Analytical Testing, and Disposal Complied with 29 CFR 1926.1101, 29 CFR 1910.1001, 40 CFR 61 subpart M, and All State and Federal Regulations were Followed
  • Performed Initial Exposure Assessment and Air Monitoring that was Sent to Approved Accredited Lab for Analysis
  • Saw-Cut/Wall Saw (8) Concrete Walls, Broke into Manageable Pieces and Removed by Crane
  • GPR Scanned (8) Concrete Walls for Embedded Objects, Reinforcements, Utilities and Marked Accordingly
  • Removed Lead Based Paint
  • Covered and Protected All Surrounding Surfaces During Abatement
  • Interfaced with USACE and Subcontractors to Successfully Complete this Project
