Project Scope:

  • RJK Construction Managed and Provided AllLabor, Materials, Supplies, and Equipment,IncludingAll Mechanical, Plumbing and ElectricalWork to Reconfigure, Refresh and Provide Tenant Improvements at the DCAA’s Officeat the VancouverFederal Building
  • Provided a Pre-Demolition Asbestos Survey and Asbestos Abatement
  • Removed and Disposed of Approximately 1,000 SF of Carpet Tiles, Carpet Glue and Asbestos Containing Residual Black Mastic on ConcreteSubstrate
  • Removed andDisposed of 12 LF of Asbestos Containing Pipe Insulation and Mudded Pipe Joints
  • Provided OSHA Compliant Air Monitoring, Pre-Air Balancing, Disconnected and Modified Troffer Diffusers, Insulated New Supply Ductwork
  • Installed New ½ Ton Split System
  • Provided Power for All Newly Installed Break Room Sink, Under Cabinet Lift Station, Pressurized Waste Piping with Water Piping, Under Cabinet Water Heaters and a Refrigerator Water/Ice Maker Connection
  • Removed and Disposed of Existing Light Fixtures, Unused Conduit and Conductors
  • Installed New LED Troffers, Battery-Backed Emergency Lights, (5) Dedicated 20A 120V Circuits, Dedicated Double-Duplex Receptacle for Server Rack, Data Stubs for System Furniture, Data Drop at Team Table, Recessed TV Outlet for Wall
