Project Scope:

  • RJK Construction Provided All Labor, Materials/Tools and Equipment to Repair and Refinish the 1st and 2nd Floor Courtroom and 3rd Floor Chambers
  • Removed and Replaced Existing Swing Gates on the First and Second Floors Courtrooms with a Matching Wood Species, Stain and Finish of the Adjacent Woodwork, Added New Hardware
  • Stripped, Repaired, Stained and Refinished All Benches, End Caps and Baseboards to Match Existing Woodwork Color, Finish and Sheen in the Courtrooms
  • Repair, Sand, Stain and Refinish Scratches, Dents and Mars on Jury Box Front, Judge’s Bench and Numerous Damaged Areas in the Courtrooms, Jury Deliberation and Intake Office
  • Removed Wallpaper in Third Floor Chambers and Resurfaced Wall to a Level 4 Finish, Primed and Painted
  • Protected all Existing Courthouse Furnishings, Fixtures, Paintings During the Repair Process
  • Interfaced with GSA to Successfully Finish this Project On-Time and On-Budget
