Project Scope:

• RJK Construction Provided All Labor, Materials/Supplies and Equipment to Perform Various Upgrades to the Timberline Lodge Sewage Treatment Plant
• Critical Shutdown to Replace Electrical Panels-Maximum Shutdown 2 Hour Limit
• Designed Scaffolding for Work Performed Above Sewage Treatment Tank
• Demolition and Removal of Existing Fans and Ductwork
• Installed (2) Unit Heaters, Ductwork, (1) Supply Fan, Exhaust Fans, Control Dampers and Arctic Hoods and Seismic Bracing for Ductwork
• Demolition and Removal of Existing Light Fixtures, Switches and Safe-Off of HVAC Equipment
• Installed New LED Light Fixtures, Lighting Control, HVAC Equipment Power
• Replaced Electrical Panels and Added Covers for CT Can and Meter
• Installed Gas Detection System
• Design Build Electrical Enclosure
• Interfaced with USFS and Numerous Subcontractors
