Project Scope:

  • Design BuildConstruction of (2) Dyno Rooms and (2) Additional Run-Up Rooms for the General Dynamics Warehouse for Stryker Engine Testing Facility
  • Installed New Electrical and Mechanical Systemsto Accommodate Testing Rooms
  • Critical Lift to Install Rooftop Mechanical Exhaust Fans
  • Installation of New Water-CoolingTower
  • Added 500 Gallon Tank for Fuel Piping, Installation of Additional Fuel Lines and (3) Fuel Pumps to Supply Equipment in New Rooms
  • Installed Air Lines into Dyno Room and Run-Up Room
  • Water Piping from Main Water Line for the Cooling Tower and Back to the Dyno, Including a Concrete Block with Vibration Control
  • Roof Penetrations and Patchwork to Accommodate Exhaust/Intake Grilles, Including Soundproofing and Access Doors in the Run-Up Rooms
  • Interfaced with GSA, City of Sumner, Architects, and Numerous Subcontractors to Execute this Contract
