Project Scope:
- RJK Construction Managed and Provided All Engineering, Labor, Materials, Supplies and Equipment for the Replacement of the Emergency Generatorat the USCG Station SiuslawRiver
- Provided Temporary Service Power for All Station Facilities During the Installation of the Single Phase 100KW 120/240 Volt Kohler Diesel Emergency Generator
- Adjusted the Generator Pad Size to Accommodate the New Generator and Diesel Tank
- Replaced Main Service Breaker, Distribution Service Panel, and Automatic Transfer Switch with 1200A, 240/120V Single Phase
- Installed a Generator Load Bank on Outdoor Wall Enclosure
- Changed Feeder Size
- Added New 300A/2P Circuit Breaker and Connected to Feeder
- Installed (8) New 20 ft Light Poles on Existing Concrete Pole Bases and (1) New 20 ft Light Pole and New Pole Base
- Replaced Building Lights on Main Station Building and Boat House with New LED Lights
- Provided Start-Up and Training of New Generator and Transfer Switch
- Interfaced with USCG and Subcontractors to Successfully Complete this Project through Volatile Supply Chain Issues Caused by the COVID-19 Global Pandemic
