Project Scope:
- RJK Construction Managed and Provided All Labor, Materials, Supplies, and Equipment to Repair the Plaster at the Pioneer Courthouse Judge’s Chambers
- The Historic Pioneer Courthouse Building is Listed on the National Register of Historic Places and designated a National Historic Landmark, work performed per Secretary of the Interior’s Standards for the Treatment of Historic Properties
- Protected and Relocated the Courtroom’s Historic Furnishings and Interior Lighting Fixtures During All Repairs
- Lead Abatement for the Removal of up to 170 SF pf Damaged/Loose Plaster with Lead-Based Paint on the Ceiling
- Provided Negative Pressure Enclosure System with Single Chamber Decontamination Unit, Track Mats, Critical Barriers,and Dual Layers of Floor Poly,including Air Monitoring
- Repaired all Damaged Ornamental Plaster on the Ceilings and Walls of the Judge’s Chambers
- Installed New Carpeting to Match Existing and Patched and Painted the Judge’s Chambers
- Interfaced with GSA and its Regional Historic Preservation Officer
