Project Scope:
- RJK Construction Preformed onsite Project Management and Quality Control
- Managed Design Coordination Drawing Requirement
- Renovation of 42,000SF Historic Building including Underground Utilities
- Replacement of EPDM Flat roof on Building 404 and Removal & Replacement on 3 Barracks Buildings to include Seismic sheathing
- Lead and Asbestos Abatement, New Electrical, HVAC, Audio Visual, Seismic Upgrades, Fire Suppression, Fire Alarm, Interior Finishes, Elevator Installation, Radio Tower, ADA & Underground Utilities.
- Interface with Nation Park Service, Designers, Forest Service Occupants
